Our client is a high-end luxury fashion brand looking for a Database Analyst to add to their team.

Job Description:

· Filter and track status of database requests

· Run and report on customer, product and KPI (key performance indicators) reports including monthly retention rates, new customers, data capture rates, etc.

· Extract customer lists for mailings, emails and event invitations; execute email campaigns

· Run results for campaigns and pre/post performance of event attendees

· Coordinate with Store CRM champions on customer address updates, file merges and data anomalies

· Track and process invoices

· Fulfill store requests for brochures and other in-store clientele communications

Job Qualifications:

· 1-2 years of database and marketing experience

· Bachelor's degree

· Detail-oriented to manage and/or produce high-quality, high-volume analytical deliverables

· Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

· Dependable, punctual, flexible

· Retail experience a plus, especially in the Fashion or Luxury industry

· Knowledge of Business Intelligence software a plus ("Cognos", "Business Objects", "Marketic One" .)
