Our client is an aspirational luxury retailer looking for a Vice President ofE-Commerce and Interactive to add to their team.

Job Description:

Outstanding online marketing experience
Improve visual merchandising, product merchandising, site navigation and user experience at existing online stores
Make recommendations for products that will best sell on-line. Analyze results and make improvements to consistently improve performance
Make recommendations for on-line marketing and advertising efforts; handle implementation of all efforts; negotiate and book online media.
Develop promotional campaigns to grow the consumer database and increase sales and awareness
Strong grasp of user interface design and best practices for optimizing online user experience
Tactical experience in web analytics
Ability to institutionalize reporting and analysis
Solid understanding of technical issues related to web site management
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of working as a VP of Product Management at a web-based company, or a track record of successfully working at a senior level (director and above) in at least 3 or more web-based companies focused on consumer luxury e-commerce
Must be willing to operate at hands-on detailed level in addition to strategic thinking, not afraid to “roll up their sleeves”
Extensive Online Marketing Experience (required)
Experience leading web producers and online product management talent.
History of successful partnership with technical teams in building new sites and systems from the ground up
