Description:

Our client is a luxury retailer looking for a Business Manager for their New York Headquarters. This is a wonderful opportunity with strong retail brand. This position will be reporting to the VP of Business Development.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare trend based monthly sales forecasts to adjust plan accordingly.

· Develop annual/monthly sales plan by account within region

· Coordinate budget process with Sales, Marketing & Visual departments

· Manage field sales alignment & call cycle exercises

· Create new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new accounts

· Implement policies and procedures that support the Field Sales team

Qualifications:

§ Four-year college degree

§ Five to seven years in wholesale and/or retail sales industry with analytical & sales administration experience

§ Good understanding of financial principles & experience with budgeting

§ Expertise in retail math, sales & inventory concepts

§ Luxury goods experience preferred

§ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access & PowerPoint

§ Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation: Up to $85K
