Job DetailsJob #800 Location: , NY Job Title: CRM Coordinator / Manager Employment: Permanent Salary: 65,000 Job Category: Sales-Marketing-PR Description: Our client is a luxury retail brand who is looking for a CRM Coordinator/Manager to add to their team. The position of CRM Coordinator/Manager is best suited to an individual who is detail oriented, technically savvy, and has a strong knowledge of the luxury industry. The CRM Coordinator/Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all customer loyalty initiatives for both Corporate Headquarters and the Retail boutiques. Overall responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Support CRM team on front-end marketing and back-end analysis, including catalog, direct mail, email, database, offer/promotion management, and analysis of marketing efforts. Ensure implementation and execution of the VIP Program and other customer loyalty programs, and analyze results of campaign. · Analyze detailed mail and e-mail campaigns related to execution of loyalty programs. This includes purchase behavior, customer cycles, customer characteristics and movement to and from loyalty segments. · Develop lists utilizing the on-line relational database for mailings and invitee lists for special events and promotions based on customer demographics and purchase patterns. · Coordinate the work of internal production or outside print shops and direct mail processors to ensure the timely production of materials for each mailing. · Collaborate with internal and external departments and vendors as necessary. Some of these include Advertising Director, E-Commerce Manager, agencies and consultants. · Analytically support all facets of the CRM team to help identify and implement optimum results for overall productivity and brand image. · The ability to identify industry-leading resources as necessary. Qualifications: · Must be organized, detail oriented, skilled at project management and have excellent oral and written communication skills. · Prefer Bachelors degree, previous luxury retail database experience and/or retail marketing experience · Strong grasp of direct response/database marketing, customer relationship management, customer data management, customer lifetime value, consumer behavior and motivation. · A minimum of two years of experience with marketing database management.
