Our client is a luxury fashion house that is looking for a Director, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce to add to their team.

Job Objective

Responsible for growing brand visibility online, helping to grow the business both on the web and in store. Responsible for managing the creation of a new e-commerce website.

Job Basics

Based in New York Office

Occasional travel to International HQ and within the US

Job Responsibilities

E-commerce

· Set up e-commerce website in partnership with international HQ and external partners

Content Management

· Brand website local content

· Social network management in collaboration with PR department

· Work closely with the international based global Online Communications Manager to manage and update company’s dot com local content

Online marketing

· Partner with companies US Communications dept and online marketing agency to promote the brand among the US online community

E-CRM

· Create and manage an effective online customer relationship management program

Other

· Graphic design duties and all other web-related initiatives as assigned by the Executive Director of Communications

· SEO knowledge and skills

Requirements

· Bachelor degree required (BA or BS)

· Experience and knowledge of CMS systems

· Minimum 7 years experience in online marketing

· Graphic design a plus

Special Skills Required

· Strong expertise in online marketing, with proven track record.

· Aware of latest trends and developments in the digital world.

· Experience in setting up website and E-commerce operations

Other

· Personality fit with the brand, its DNA, style and spirit

· Proactive implementation and organizational skills
