How the Program Works
Pyramid Fashion Group will provide your company with recruiters that will work on a freelance basis. These recruiters will travel to your various store locations to act as an in- house recruiter to staff all levels. The length of time each recruiter will stay will be determined on the need of the store.

How Does this Benefit your Company?
Our recruiters work on a freelance basis which means that they are paid by Pyramid
Fashion Group. You are not responsible for payroll or benefits.

Freelance recruiters will travel to one of your stores and work to identify, interview and partner with you to hire professionals and create a strong sales force in each of your locations.

This can benefit you during new store openings, holidays, events and simply during your busy season. Your assigned customer service representative will provide all necessary travel and hotel arrangements for you as well. Our 24-hour service will allow the in-house recruiters to reach us immediately with any time-sensitive situation from anywhere around the world.
